A sunlit holiday home in Alibaug where coastal ease meets a playful, colourful sensibility, designed as a relaxed retreat from the city.
The home unfolds around a sunken lounge with a sweeping curved sofa, soft floral rug, and a cascading copper chandelier that catches the light through tall arched windows. Layered sage greens, dusty pinks, and warm terracotta tones run through the interiors, balanced by travertine floors, bamboo ceilings, and natural linen drapes with ruffled green hems. Bedrooms and reading nooks open onto landscaped courtyards, while the bathrooms lean into the holiday spirit with botanical murals, brass fittings, and a freestanding tub set under a timber coffered ceiling. A wooden deck and planter bench wrap around a quiet tea corner in the garden, framed by palms and tropical greenery. The result is a home that feels expressive, easygoing, and deeply tied to its lush coastal setting.
